Obama wasn’t lying. When he said repeatedly that his would be the most transparent presidency ever, he was telling us the truth. It took me a while to realize that I was looking for the wrong type of transparency, thinking that he was using the word transparency as a synonym for truth. Over the past couple of days I realized that he was talking about a different kind of clarity.
What could be more transparent than the latest destructive decision to bring the mastermind of 9/11 to New York City to be tried in civil court? It’s clear to me and tens of thousands of other people that this is purely and solely political nastiness intended to hurt the people who kept us safe for seven years after 9/11.
I can think of NO OTHER reason to try terrorists who planned and facilitated an act of war upon the United States in a civil court, where the rules of discovery will most certainly expose national security secrets.
Will the confession be thrown out, due to it being obtained “under duress” of waterboarding?
Will the confession and any other evidence be thrown out due to no Mirandizing of the “defendents?”
That this president and his crowd hate America, and at best, don’t care about keeping her safe, and at worst, are purposely weakening her, is crystal clear to me.
Oh yes, Mr. President, you were right. Yours is the most transparent presidency ever.
I see right through you.

The approval rating for this Marxist clown is still 52%. What does that say of this country? That when education is handed over to leftist teacher’s unions nationwide we end up with what we have now?

Under our laws..people who confess don’t go to trial..they plead guilty before a judge…why are we taking someone to trial who has already confessed? Sigh. This is beyond belief…you can’t make this stuff up. I think O’s approval ratings are down in the 40’s this week. And surely it’s time for a lawsuit or two…isn’t it?

These radical Islamist have now decided to go to court so they can mock our religion, condemn us and hold our way of life up for ridicule by the rest of the world.
