And you're right that these young people haven't yet experienced real life. I am generally an optimist too, though it may not have sounded like it in the above post. I truly believe that lots more than half the country are good and decent people, young people included. I do think that at least a third or half of those are simply misinformed and deliberately misguided by their professors, teachers, and news media. Those are the ones we have a great chance to open their eyes. I watched a LOT of westerns too growing up and still love them. I love any story where good defeats evil. I do believe that good does defeat evil in the real world too. Thanks for your comment, you helped remind me of things I need to remember. Kathy,

Thanks too for your comment and I totally agree with you. We need to be calling our legislators, both federal and state, anytime, ANYTIME, we have a comment, question, or concern about something. It may sound silly but I have my 2 senators, my 5 reps (I call all of the OK ones, not just the one from my district), and Pelosi and Reid in my cell phone. This is Hollywood trying to make a buck. And yes, these days young people and college types are searching and getting all their information from clods and radicals. But they haven't actually experienced real life yet...and they will. And things will happen to them...real life will happen...and then things like this won't seem so funny. But it certainly does give credence to the theory that if the propagandaists can get to them while they are young, they can influence the whole generaton...and I believe that...I think our recent election has proven that the teaching methods of people like Bill Ayers are working...for a time.
