Too funny! I just posted this same video yesterday. For pure adrenaline it is the best moment.
But for all that Olympics embodies – please, it’s the 1980 “Miracle on Ice”. The symbolism of that win – not even the medal round – has never lost its power. Watching Eruzione insist on have the entire team on the podium, watching Jim Craig wonder where his father was…those moments are as potent today as they were in 1980.
