I’m not fortunate enough to actually be in Massachusetts today, to ferret out attempts of voter fraud for myself. Luckily for all of us, there are many others doing this job, watching out for the tactics that are rapidly becoming the trademark tactic of the new Socialist Democratic Party. As I find new information, I’ll post the links here.
Sunlight is the best antiseptic, and everyone knows that vampires and other creatures of the underworld can’t live in sunlight. So sunshine it is, then.
Just saw this. Frugal Cafe blog zone has links to a developing story about a woman identifying herself as “Isabel Melendez” handing out absentee ballots. Today she is handing out absentee ballots printed in Spanish, and telling people how to mark them for “Coakley, the second choice on the line.”
Michelle Malkin is on top of this, as is Election Journal. Thanks to all these watchers and guardians of our most basic right–that of the people to choose in an honest election. Dishonest elections are a hallmark of banana republics. Democrats should be ashamed of themselves.

I was just reading about this…how did this woman even GET any absentee ballots? Ballots used to be guarded and kept very carefully. When I judge, I always count the whole package they give us, just so at the end of the night, every ballot is accounted for, either unvoted, voted or spoiled. They don’t even send the absentees out to the precincts anymore where I live; those get counted at the courthouse, hopefully under the supervision of both parties…but I can’t say for sure.

This doesn’t surprise me one bit. Not one bit. This will be the next common way of getting the person they want in office. Voter fraud. They won’t stop at doing anything to stay in power. Anything.

Regarding Isabel Melendez and Lawrence; A. Isabel and the current Mayor of Lawrence always have unlimited absentee ballots at their disposal. It’s how the current mayor won by turning in over 500 at city hall and those ballots were accepted and counted. Can you imagine, a candidate for Mayor being allowed to do this? We have yelled and screamed and NO ONE in Massachusetts cares to investigate. Hello federal corruption office? Please come to town. 2nd note regarding Lawrence: Martha Coakley (percentage wise) did the best in Lawrence than in any other state in the Commonwealth, imagine that, on a rainy snowy cold day when generally the streets of Lawrence are empty!
